It’s the most wonderful time of the YEAR!
And, no, it’s not Christmas. It’s cherry blossom season in JAPAN!
We have just heard that the Cherry Blossoms will be in full bloom very early this year!
It is slightly different according to what prefecture you’re visiting, AND since it’s only a “forecast”, it may change BUT! the forecast for FULL BLOOMED CHERRY BLOSSOMS is
They say that it will start blossoming as early as March 18th, which is PRETTY EARLY

2015 – March 21st – Temp 16℃/9.3℃
2016 – March 21st- Temp 13.8℃/7.7℃
2017 – March 17th – Temp 15.2℃/3.8℃
2018 – March 26th – Temp 21.8℃/8.2℃
Do not underestimate the COLD
March in Japan, is still very COLD. In the daytime it could get warm on some days, but it is definitely PUFFER JACKET WEATHER.

You can see that the range of highest temperature goes from 3.8℃～21.8℃、lowest from 3.7℃～11.1℃. Weather is very unstable during March, and is definitely cold during the night.
Since there are many cloudy days, it may feel colder than the actual temperature.
